Book online or call. Stacey coordinates every inspection and works directly with you or your client, with a confirmed appointment window and a clear outline of what to expect.

Access

Lockbox and gate codes, vacant or occupied, tenant-occupied. The booking form asks up front, so access doesn’t turn into a phone chase on inspection day.

The walkthrough

Your client, you, or both can attend the review. Mark it when you book.

The report

Most reports go out the same day: photographs, condition notes and the specific trade for each item. Easy to read, easy to share.

The tone

Clarity over alarm. We say what needs attention now, what can wait and what is performing as it should, without overstating minor items.

After delivery
